Poll winner: Macromastia

Macromastia is a condition where the breasts grow unusually large. It is also called gigantomastia. It is often caused by hormonal reasons, as hormones closely relate to the female breasts.

This is one of the reasons it happens during puberty (where hormones change a lot) in which case it is called virginal breast hypertrophy. During pregancy it also can happen (gestational breast hypertrophy) - try a google search for Isabelle Lanthier...

You are probably not interested in the medical reasons, just how damn sexy those enormous breasts are - or gross (but this post will not be for you then ;)

No matter why the breasts grow, they can in rare cases grow to epic proportions. Forget everything called "big breasts" when readying yourself for extreme macromastia!

Unfortunately breasts so large can easily become very heavy. This makes gravity work and extreme macromastia is not exactly "firm" breasts (but how would you keep several kilograms of breast flesh firm?) and often saggy.

No problem for me - that's the price to pay for enormous, soft, beautiful and sexually arousing breasts! The problem is that they are often a problem for the woman carrying them. They weight can cause many medical problems so they are often reduced to normal small/medium breasts. How much I understand the women, it is a terribly pity...

Anyway, here you go: Macromastia!

Maxi Moom was a realtively normal woman until she became pregant and her breasts started to grow. While pregnant they grew quite a lot during all of her pregnancy (not in spurts as is often the case), so they ended up quite large.

This woman just have some very big boobs. Note how the left breast is bigger than the other; this is just a mild case, but in some cases only one breast is affected and one end up enormous and the other breast quite small. This lady has a very nice pair.

Another case where the breasts have grown to very large proportions. While they hang a bit, they still retain a bit of their firmness.

This pair is quite big and have apparently been so for some time, judging from the amount of sagginess. I wouldn't mind take a breast play though.

This woman has a relatively normal body (a couple of my examples are quite overweight) and her breasts have grown to a size way too big for her frame. Which I like :-)

An older case of macromastia, this woman got quite different sizes.  They are quite firm (probably soft, though) to look at and very beautiful. I would recommend to get the small one augmented ;)

This girl probably has virginal breast hypertrophy, judging from her apparently young age. Her breasts are extremely large for her small body. While I love them, I feel sure she experiences discomfort...

An example even more extreme which makes Chelsea Charms look like a flat chested schoolgirl! Their sagging is actually less than I would expect from such enormous baloons. While she probably hates her breasts, I'd give almost anything for a night with her breasts!

This last one is also extremely big. Again, she probably have severe problems, but they are just so beautiful in my eyes.
